How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed within 1 to 7 business days. All orders will arrive within 21 days from the time of purchase. 

Do you ship overnight or express?

Unfortunately we do not ship overnight or express.

What is your return/ exchange policy?

We except returns, however  we do not except returns for refunds. You have 30 days from the delivery date stated on the tracking information for your order. All orders are eligible for an exchange within 30 days of the delivery date for the following reasons:

  1.  Item does not fit (sizing)
  2. Item received was damaged or defective. (Must include a picture/ description in email to customer support)

**Return items are only accepted if the item has never been worn. All return items must be in the original condition with the tags and labels in place. Return items that look worn or have stains will not be accepted. Unfortunately we do not offer return labels. All shipping fees must be paid by the customer**

I never recieved my package, what should I do?

Once your order has been processed, you will receive tracking information to see the status of your items. If you do not receive your items within 21 days from the date of your order was purchased, please contact our customer support. Glamluxefitnessofficial@gmail.com.
